Mental agility has always been an important mathematical skill.
In recent years, changes to the National Testing programme in Scottish
schools mean that pupils will meet "Mental Maths" in the tests tackled.
This fact alone has heightened the need for more effective ways of
delivering mental agility in maths 5-14.
